Check in and sail to Selimiye. Secure a quay berth and book a table at one of the village celebrated fish restaurants -- a magnificent opening dinner.

Sail south to Bozburun. Visit the boatyard, dine at the harbourside meyhane -- meze and fresh fish until late.

Sail north to Söğüt. Lunch at the family-run waterfront restaurant -- fish caught that morning, simply cooked.

Afternoon sail to Dirsek. Anchor or moor in front of the small cove restaurant. Arrive before sunset for the best table.

Practical tips
Selimiye restaurants: book before departing (ask Sailway), especially weekends in July to August. Bozburun meyhane serves until midnight -- cash only. Dirsek cove restaurant: arrive by 18:30 for the best table. Card machines are rare outside Marmaris -- carry sufficient cash.
