This vessel is equipped with an advanced electronic control mechanism and is subject to 24-hour continuous satellite tracking for security and contractual compliance purposes.

• Territorial Border Infringement & Kill Switch: In the event that the vessel leaves the specific territorial waters or navigation boundaries designated in the charter agreement, the Kill Switch (Remote Shutdown System) will be activated immediately.
• System Shutdown: Upon detection of a boundary violation, all electronic systems and the engine will be completely shut down via remote control.
• Limitation of Liability: The vessel owner, operator, or charter company shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any navigation safety risks, material or moral damages, delays, strandings, or injuries to third parties resulting from the remote shutdown due to boundary violations. The charterer/user who violates the boundary explicitly assumes all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities.

Taking delivery of the vessel and commencing navigation constitutes full acceptance of the above terms and contractual boundaries.
