Who we are

Sailway Yat İşletmeciliği Anonim Şirketi ("Sailway", "we"), registered office Selimiye Mah. Çeşme-i Kebir Sk. No: 1 A, Üsküdar, Istanbul, Turkey, with its charter base at Adaköy Marina, Marmaris, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. Contact: info@sailway.com.tr.

What we collect

When you send a booking request: your name, email address, phone number, country, number of guests, any message and extras you ask for, the boat and dates you chose, the language of the site, and the time you accepted this notice. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your request, to check availability, to place a provisional booking in our reservation system, to prepare the charter contract and payment, and to contact you about it. We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, on our legitimate interest in running our charter business, and on your consent where you tick the boxes in the form.

Who sees it

Sailway staff. Our reservation system, Booking Manager by MMK Systems, receives only your name and the number of guests for the provisional booking; your email address and phone number stay with us. Our email provider (Google Workspace) and our web hosting company (İHS, e-destek.com) handle data for us. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for 24 months, and longer where the law requires us to keep contract records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@sailway.com.tr. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and fonts

The site uses only a technical cookie that it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
